This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.toysmask.com, an independent e-commerce platform offering a curated selection of toys and decorative pieces for all ages. Below details our order processing rules, estimated delivery timelines, shipping fees, regional restrictions and other relevant terms for all shipments within the United States.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

All orders require a processing period for verification, product picking, packaging and carrier handover. Our standard order processing time is 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). Delays may occur during peak seasons, promotional events or due to inventory shortages, and we will notify you promptly of any significant delays.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, the estimated delivery window is 7–30 business days to addresses within the contiguous United States. All delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed, as they depend entirely on the operational capacity and efficiency of the shipping carrier. Minor delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, logistical restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Policy

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders totaling $49 or more. For orders under $49, standard shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery location.
Additional Shipping Surcharges for Select U.S. Regions:
  • Alaska (AK) & Hawaii (HI): Flat surcharge of $5.99 per standard shipment (free shipping eligibility still applies; surcharge is added separately at checkout)
  • Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam: Flat surcharge of $7.99 per standard shipment
  • Rural Remote Zones & PO Boxes: Additional surcharge of $3.99–$6.99, determined by specific zip code and carrier delivery requirements

4. Non-Delivery Regions

We currently do not offer shipping services to extremely remote U.S. territories and isolated areas with limited logistical access, including but not limited to American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and remote tribal lands with no carrier coverage. If your address falls within a non-delivery zone, our system will alert you at checkout, and we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if shipment cannot be fulfilled.

5. Additional Notes

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor delivery progress. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete; we are not liable for delays, lost packages or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.
